We have a 2006, 44 sedan fly bridge- I am debating exchanging my CQR to. Rockna anchor, has anyone done this and if so, what size? I am looking at the 55 lb. One.
Thanks

According to some members, the 25 kg (55 lb) fits well in the bow roller. Check out post # 1611 in the 420/44DB thread. We have a 2006, 44 sedan fly bridge- I am debating exchanging my CQR to. Rockna anchor, has anyone done this and if so, what size? I am looking at the 55 lb. One.

I just installed the 25kg Rocna last weekend. It fits my bow roller just barely as the topside of the shank does come into contact with the pulpit a tiny bit. But it is otherwise very secure and a snug fit. I use the larger Suncor swivel in the below link, which i also had the smaller one on my last boat.

This anchor is night and day better than any Delta style anchor IMO. After dragging incidents, I started using Rocna in 2013 on my 360 and now on my 420 DB. We anchor overnight alot and i no longer worry. It sets and resets great. Now i have all chain so i sleep even sounder...
