Hi Which spark plugs should i use for my 2007 SeaRay 205 Sport with a 5L Merc

hello guys I have a 2007 185 sport after changing the plugs this year it seems like a boat is a little sluggish what would you recommend the plug gap on the boats is 60 thousandths does the service bulletin apply to me should I Gap them at .045

Looks like.045 for carb 4.3 motors and .060 for injected.
