Model year 2000 Zodiac FR 310 Air Floor. 10'2'' with 4'11' beam, 4 passenger, max hp 10, weighs 55 lbs. Excellent condition, no leaks, holds air well, mostly kept rolled up in the bag as didn't have room to carry it inflated on my boat until last year, have now switched to a RIB. Never left out in the weather or in the water so boat is in like new condition. Boat planes easily with 4 normal sized adults. Boat, pump, oars, bag. With the air floor it's snap to inflate and stores down to a very compact size in the bag. $800

No sweat and no bubble to burst, I have a Air Floor, as in not a wood floor, 10'2" Zodiac in excellent condition for sale that new are $1600, helps to know what you are talking about.

No worries dude. Guess it depends on your perspective. I personally appreciate the durability of a wood floor and have no illusions that a prospective buyer would choose a brand new boat over an eleven year old boat for the same price.
