Good Evening -

First season commissioning and was wondering if anyone of you would have info on the size zinc I need for my trim tabs, transom and prop shafts. If so, where best to order on line if info is available?

Thanks,

Mike

I have no specific info on the sizes but try Boatzincs.com for good service and prices.

I was in a similar situation this year, I removed my old zinc's which had some had markings on them or the UPC sticker. If not, you can measure the width of the trim tab zincs which are probably the R-3 type, also measure the bolt spacing on the transom zinc should be either 5" or 5-1/2" spacing. I looked and my boats parts manual for my shaft size which was 1-1/2" diamater. Most of the on-line zinc suppliers have pictures which are helpful too.

Good luck.

Once again thanks. After researching the online sites, I found that thezincdoctor.com was 15% less expensive than boatzincs.com. Thanks again.

Mike
