ZF63 transmission fluid??

I want to change out the fluid in my transmission. I read in a few places Red Line is a good fluid. Can I use this kind? The thicker viscosity may quiet them down.

FWIW, I just serviced my 38 and filled the tranny's with Castrol Transmax Z which is on the ZF list.
