ZF Transmission Oil Change - 2006 44DA QSC 500 V drive

Getting prepared to purchase annual winter lay up oil change materials and need to do trannies this year too. Does anyone know how much oil each tranny will take. Manuals are at the boat so this would save me a trip. Thanks
