ZF Transmission Noise In Gear QSB425

We've got a 40 Sundancer with QSB425 V-Drive ZF Transmissions (ZF 85 IV) that the starboard transmission started making noise when in gear at idle speed. The boat ran fine, trans temps, pressures and fluid levels all check out but the noise is very noticeable. Looking for some direction. Video link below.

Possible worn damper plate between engine and transmission. Does it go away as you throttle up in gear?

Yes it does go away as I throttle up.

Minor misfires (that you sometimes can't feel) are a common culprit on gas engines. Spark plugs and wires are highly suspect if not changed lately.
