because you left the switch on, with the radio/lights on by mistake or you hit the test button by mistake. Your battery is charged. Why won't these items work? It's probably one (both?) of your breakers are kicked off for some reason.
There's a black bar (flag-like) on the side of the breaker (on my '07 Select, one breaker's above the battery switch, the other's down near the steering pump, stern access, port side, in front of pump on the side of the boat wall.) Make sure that flag's pushed in on all breakers, and then test the above items.
It's the little things that can make for a bad day. (found mine had kicked off, luckily during my pre-checks today before I left) I think I'd hit the test button loading stuff in.
