I couldn't find the article from the day after but here is one from shortly after.
Cincinnati Equirer
This chase was through a fairly nice area of cincinnati. Notice after the car turns around and crosses a bridge the bright lights on the right. That is the high school mentioned in the article.
the passenger in the car said the shooting was unnecessary! Go figure!
