it is sad when they talk down to you as if you are unable to understand the subject...(1)if I do not pay my taxs they take my house
(2) if I do not file an Income tax report
(3) or file a incorrect tax return...I will be fined,bank account sizied arrested,and jailed aka raise taxs to build more jails for tax cheats.

I think y'all are missing the point. It's voluntary because if you do certain things you pay less. Or if you don't make any money you can not pay any taxes. It's just in how you look at it. So it's all in how you define compulsory vs voluntary. For example, we can define a person to be an animal that can think clearly. OK, so Harry Reid can't think so he's not a person. So throw the dopey bastard out a window and move on. It's not illegal murder because he's not a person. Get it?

The only truly voluntary part of our tax system is capital gains taxes. You can choose not to sell an appreciated asset and avoid paying tax on it. Or you can sell an appreciated asset, say 100 shares of IBM where you have a gain of $3000, and sell 50 shares of GM where you have a loss of $3000, and pay no capital gains taxes. Then you reinvest the proceeds in Brunswick if you think the recreational boat market will rebound soon....

What happened to "We the People" or "of the people, by the people, for the people"? We the people need to stand up and say enough already and bring this country back to what it is supposed to be. If we all took the stand they would have to listen, that IF we ALL took a stand.
