You can google carbon calculators. There's a bunch of crap on the web that the tree huggers put together to "help" people reduce their carbon footprint. My wife and I are in the 60 ton/year area, of which I'm quite proud since that's well above average. Of course, Gary's 6,000 gallon vacation probably puts him over the top. The luddites claim that one gallon of gasoline gives off twenty pounds of CO2, I guess because the O atoms are more massive than the H atoms in the hydrocarbon fuel. What ever. Don't know what a gallon of diesel is, but if it's the same or close to gas, that's 60 tons all by itself without even starting his pickup or S-class! Cool! Algore must hate you.

personally I skip all the Co2 stuff and just dump mercury in the toilet and flush. I want all my fish to tell me what temp it is.
