Finally! My 340 arrived! Got the zincs changed to aluminum ones... Splashed it right off the trailer. Had a few struggles getting it started... But finally got the genny started and then the engines fired right up...

Took it out for a short cruise after I left the ramp, ran great! Made sure the air was primed and then....

Navigated into the harbor, down the fairway AND backed it right in...

Then I started breathing again! Whew!

Spent the day, cleaning and putting the canvas back up.

Hooked the dock cable TV up but I am not getting a signal. Add troubleshooting that to the punch list....

Time for a drink and some food then maybe some sleep!

Congrats! Great choice of boat:)

You mentioned you changed the anodes to Aluminum. Shouldn't they be magnesium? That's generally what's used in fresh water (at least on outdrives).

Dave, I went with aluminum on the recommendation of my surveyor. I. Was told aluminum will be active in all water, fresh, brackish and salt....
