any available ?
Your post is pretty vague as there are several types of systems monitor.
Looking for the one mentioned here:
Heard the phrase "hens' teeth"? Or how about "uncorn"? Those that have working units still have them in their boats and use them. I don't think you'll find a used, working one (although for your sake, I hope you prove me wrong). I'm not sure if you can buy them from Sea Ray any more, either. Although if you can, it will be seriously pricey.
One thing some owners have done to replace a failed Monitor is to use one of the many NMEA2000 gateways, to convert engine and boat sensor values into digital data that is broadcast on an on-board network. That network connects to MFD's so that you have all the performance data in front of you. And, they are usually more reliable than these monitors and/or analog gauges. Use the Search feature on here to find the threads on converting diesel engines to NMEA. There are some really helpful ones. Here's one:
Here's another one.
Scooper - those do not address the SR Systems Monitor items but rather are for engine sensors - This is what I did and it is a superior setup from the SR system (need to read the entire thread as there were some corrections).
Seems a lot of folks are dropping posts on the systems monitor; a little searching would answer....
Good point. Brain lapse on my part. There's no way to map bilge pump activity to the NMEA bus is there?
And thanks for that link. I'm reading all I can on this topic, as I'd like to do this mod in the next year (maybe this winter?).
