WTB - 2005+ 48DA Freshwater

Hi All,
I am in the market for a 2005+ 48 Sundancer located in Eastern or Midwestern US. I would highly prefer a freshwater boat but may consider saltwater with thorough maintenance records. Boat must be well maintained / updated.
If you are considering selling or know someone that is please let me know!
I am not a broker. This is for my personal boat.

There's currently a 2006 480DA in Muskegon, MI (on Lake Michigan) listed at $550k. I've heard that it's immaculate and that the owner is pretty well firm on his price...

Seems like it would be tough to assess market value when there are exactly two (2) 2005+ 480's for sale right now...in the entire country

Is it worth $110k more than it's salt water competitor from CA? Tough call. I bet he gets his $550k though. It's not market value at this point, it's supply and demand. No different than houses...

$550 is a stupid price….. $450 maybe. My neighbor has his 2006 44 for $395k and people are looking at it…… amazes me

You may be searching on 480. It is actually just 48 for the model #. There are quite a few for sale right now. At least 7 on the east side of the US. Most FL boats. One potential candidate on my radar though.

Well hell, there ya go. 13 more! That does actually look better, apologies. Though the cheapest fresh water listing looks to be $475k.
