No worries I will start with these, they don’t show the gear at the lake but a good sample.

The 13 Quart Engel Dry Box Cooler looks to be the perfect size for what I need but the reviews for keeping ice all day aren’t encouraging.

i can't speak for the 'dry box cooler' but the ENGEL 65 i bought performs well....when it is 90* in the middle of summer i can put three 10 lb. bags of ice in the cooler on Friday evening when we get to the boat and have a good bit of ice left over on Sunday afternoon when we leave the boat....enough to keep perishable food cool for the 1.25 hour drive home....and there is usually multiple people using ice for drinks during the WE...and i can use it as a seat in the cockpit.....

maybe the 'Dry Box Cooler' doesn't have the same amount of insulation as the other cooler models...

I learned that you could spend even more $$ to have it embossed with your Boat Name or other logos. Admiral still thinks they do it for free when you order them online :)

I put just under $1k of diesel in the boat this past weekend. I am trying to burn it by the end of May.... I bought the cheap diesel it never lasts :) ... your yeti will last 20++ years

You store your boat over the winter with empty tanks?

I store inside heated... They ask you don't store full tanks. I don't like the idea of all that weight any way when hoisting, trailers and blocking... Never had condensation issues. I over treat when I fill up in the spring.

There are some great you-tube videos of cooler comparisons, quite eye-opening. Check them out.

I thought I read this someplace else, but coolers are no different than boats, cars, cloths, sunglasses, watches, etc....

Some feel these items represent class or wealth, others says its because be they are made better or last longer, while others can’t understand spending $300 on a cooler when you could spend $100 and get something similar.... however most could agree that on a sea ray sport yachting web forum it’s should not be surprising to see members who own other luxury level items, Porsche’s, Rolex’s, 2nd Homes, yeti’s, etc.... wealthiest guy I know drives a Nissan Murano and teases me about my stable of $$ German autos, but he spends an easy $150k/ year on hunting and his damn hunting dogs! I say To each their own!!!

When you have finance options for the coolers you sell...you may be overpriced

Free shipping on orders over $49.00. If you have to finance a $50.00 cooler, having warm beer is the least of your problems.:D:D:D. Although warm beer is a big problem.:D:D:D

Received these for Christmas, my first Yeti brand products, don’t think I would spend that much for the 5 gal bucket. I like a 2 1/2 gallon bucket for cleaning the boat, easer to carry.

And "I've never seen a Brinks truck at a funeral home"
Some how I know this is going to be a stupid question and has nothing to do with the current thread but why at the end of your posts lately do they have a circle with a minus sign in the middle?
