NO, NO and NO! OMG, funny how brave and stupid often mean nearly the same thing:)

They have digital cameras but not a good bridge.

No, and I think I would want a scuba tank and regs and an inflatable jacket, minimum

Bill. After a few adult soda's my money is on you.

Well, clearly there were no load limit signs posted, it had to be ok...no worries! HA....

I was loaded at 80,000 coming back into Wisconsin from Minnesota. I couldn't run HWY94 since the weigh station is right there on the Wisconsin border. I was driving a single axle tractor with 2 small dozers that were not to be fitted with blades but were. After consulting a map I followed hwy 21 south along the river until I got to HWY10 where I could cross the river.

Today there is a brand new bridge there but back in the day there was a 30 ton limit expansion bridge there. I was doing 60 when I came up on the bridge and would have been half way across before I go stopped so going all the way a cross was the only option. I put the throttle to the floor and flew across knowing (hopefully) they usually rate bridges 2-3 times greater then the posted limit.

Cars were coming on the bridge from the other side and seen me taking both lane and they backed off and out of the way.
Anyone who has been there knows the little town of Prescott sits right at the waters edge on the Wisconsin side. I flew off the bridge and went through the red light in town at 50 MPH right past the cop shop. Finally got stopped at Cherry st. made a left up to HWY10 and ran cross country back to Madison.

Sorry if I'm taking this the wrong way, but I don't see one thing in that post that you did right.
