After game 1: I gota say New Yorks beloved Yankeys could be in trouble. From the AL central myself we were just outplayed by the AL east. I hadn't watched any NL at all. Phillies pitching prety much shut down the Yanks. Games startin now and I gota beer goin. if you wanta talk base ball smack... hears the thread. cheers...Ron

Series is tied up. Don't think Phillies have seen Yankeys best pitching yet. We'll see tonight if the Yanks can start shuting down Phillies bats. If not, Phillies will be a very strong threat. cheers ...Ron

Hardly jealousy......More of a dislike for the whole Steinbrenner org. I love the rivalry, just hate the uppercrust in Yanks org.

Last night the way Pettitte was strugling and Phillies pitching I really thought Phillies had a roll goin till ARods two run camera shot. WTF... seemed to be turning point for the Yankeys.

Tonight the talk is Sabathia on the hill. In game 1 Phillies figured out how to hit off him right away. If Yanks don't take this one it'll be a great series. cheers ...Ron
