Working out of town!

I will be arriving at the DFW airport today for a week of work up in Hugo, OK. I was wondering are there any good places in Texas to check out marine electronics, etc. I will be staying in Paris, TX every night so running back down to Dallas is no big deal. Help me out guys and gals, up in MI West Marine has the biggest selection(and its not great) in my area. Thanks in advance.

I live in the area. Only place I can think of immediately is the West Marine store in Lewisville. on I35, at the Round Grove exit, about 8miles north of 635.

Not as good as stores near the coast - but not bad. I have spent many of rainy Saturdays wandering the aisles there.

Not really sure - but thinking Paris to Dallas -- at least this area of Dallas is a 2 hour drive. Dallas/Fort Worth is very spread out - 80 miles across. Very variable based on traffic.

The store I referenced is only 20 minutes or so from DFW airport - just to give a reference point.

BassPro is just north of DFW...fun to browse and a surprising amount of electronics. Likewise, Cabelas has a huge store between Ft. Worth and Denton.
