Wooden Floor Removal

I have a 10' Achilles inflatable and I want to remove the 5 piece wood floor for repair and cleaning but can't seem to figure out how. Any advice?

Most have metal bars on the side of the floor that effectively "locks" the floor in.

Deflate to about 1/2 full, remove these bars. Then, pull up between the transom section and the next board, and you should be able to take it apart from there.
