the starboard running light dors not work. the bulb is good i would like to know the path the wiring runs so i can track down the break in the line.

Bum, check the voltage at the base of the where the bulb plugs in, probably a little corroded. Worse case scenario is you will have to replace that particular fixture. Same thing happened to me with my mast / anchor light. The aft light socket was too corroded and I had to replace the entire fixture. Hope that helps...
