Wiper unit with arm

I have 1998 SeaRay 40 Sundancer and need the starboard wiper motor and arm. My SeaRay dealer can not find one. It can used or new and does not have be the same year. We can make it fit. Any ideas. Thanks, Capt. Kerry

Have you tried AM Equipment? They are not cheap but other on CSR have used and recommended them.

Have you tried to take it apart and clean it up? Mine were rusted bad and didn't work when we got our DA. After the sticker shock for a simple wiper motor, I took one completely apart and cleaned it up real good. I was floored, but it worked great. IIRC I found one out of an older ford that matched up.

Thanks, but shaft broke, I think I found at AM Equipment. I have a new or order, let's hope it fits.

For a lower cost on parts, check your local PACAR dealer (Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner). The arms and blade refills have been stock items for older (94 through 2016) trucks. The arm and refills were the same construction only longer on my 300DA, as they were on my 1996 Peterbilt 379. My Pete had 14" arms and the DA has 23", port and starboard and 20" for the center. If there is no PACAR dealer, try the local larger truck stops (Pilot, Flying J or TA). They might have the wiper motor as well.
