I have a 1986 Amberjack and need wiper blades, the ones at Marine west are too flimsy and cheap.
Where can i get a good replacement?

Bring your blade with you and go to a trucking supply store. If your blade has the hole mount like most Sea Ray’s you will want a blade for a Ford L series truck. About $12.

I bought my blade frame and refills from discount school buss supply house that sells those "Made in Brazil" arms SR uses on larger boats. They also have all the little parts as well.

I paid about 40% less after shipping.

Both Trico and Anco make heavy duty blades that should fit your application. They are the truck and bus versions of the wipers. Any local autoparts store should be able to get them for you. Bring the actual wipers so you can verify size and how they are mounted to the wiper arm.

Another option:

Take a look at the end of this thread:

You can convert a normal, run-of-the-mill replacement wiper blade to be used with your set-up.

If you can find those heavy-duty ones mentioned above easily, then that's probably your easiest route.

However, in reading through that post again, I may convert my arm to use a J-hook (see the pics by DaveS). I'll just grab a J-hook from a junkyard, and just attach it my current arm (I have the hole, like you).
