Anyone have any idea how to access and winterize this particular component?
Just when i thought I was done and ready for the shrink wrap tech...

I just replied to your other post in the sport yachts section.....if you already tucked everything away, and asumming you winterize your fresh water system with pink AF there is another way you can accomplish winterizing the "forgotten" wiper circuit.

Let me know and I'll explain......I had to do the same thing for my forgotten "galley sprayer" .......

Gentlemen,
Thanks very much!
I'll do a complete write up of my lessons learned from this, my first DIY winterization of a big boat, later this weekend. Of note, my total winterization cost is less than $1,000 including shrink wrap. I pulled my dealer's winterization price list, and it would have been $4,675 for the "non DIY" approach...and this figure does not include servicing the ZF trannies, which I did myself. The $3675 cost savings makes the two advil days in the engine room worth it, and pays half of next year's fuel bill.

Spent my last two hours yesterday wiping down the mains and scrubbing the bilge. I love having a clean engine room..much easier to see an oil or coolant drip, and to ensure that the bilge pumps are all clean, free of any debris, and functioning properly.

Back to the dock..shrink wrap guy is arriving in a couple hours and I want to wax her down to the waterline before the wrap goes on.
regards
