I am putting my 240 Sea Ray in Heated Storage this winter and am not winterizing the engine. Do I need to disconnect the batteries or just keep them trickle charged every so often?

You will be fine if they are fully charged going into storage. Turn off all of the switches and forget about it until spring.

Except of course if you have a power failure. Best bet is to atleast drain everything.

It's still not a bad idea to drain everything and run anti freeze through the engine if nothing else it helps prevent rust in your engine.
