Take it to a reputable marina. They will know what to do. Unless you have a lot of experience, Oct. is not a good time to learn, IMO. You can make some **expensive** mistakes with winterizing. That said, there are people on this forum who can point you at a comprehensive list for items to cover in winterizing for your area. Knowing approx. how cold it will get and where it will be stored will help.
