Winterizing 1996 Sea Ray EC215

I'm getting ready to have my Sea Ray winterized for a Montana winter. I just purchased it this summer. Can anyone give me ideas of what I need to look for or make sure gets done? I am taking it to a local dealer. I have emptied the fresh water storage tank through the sink. I have some concern with the pump and I am not sure how they will clear this. I also have concerns about the waste tank and porta pottie. I assume they will put some form of anti freeze in there. I think the motor flush is fairly straight forward, but the other extremeties worry me a little. Any help is appreciated.

They should run Pink anitifreeze through the system and drain engine and run Pink through engine. I would do a search on winterization for additional info.. This has been discussed many times.
