How to manually winterize a 1998 Sear Sundeck 210 since it will not crank.

Engine:

Drain the block, manifolds, risers and everything else with a plug in it. Remove hoses to drain, Even blow out with a shop vacuum in reverse.

Once you're as sure as you can be that its empty of raw water, close it all up and remove the thermostat housing and thermostat. Pour AF in the hole in the intake manifold. You might consider cracking a drain here and there to allow any trapped air out too.

Outdrive:

Locate the raw water intake hose that's coming from the transom housing up to the thermostat housing and remove it at that housing. You could jam a funnel in that hose, pour AF in and force it backwards through the pump and passages that way.

Disclaimer:

I've never had to do this, but this is what I'd do.

Actually many of us winterize our boats without the need to start them up, excluding fogging and warming up for changing oil. Go to the general winterization section and there are great threads on the various methods that involve draining and adding antifreeze straight to the engine manifold and block.
