Winterize in PNW

Do you guys in the Lower Columbia River and Puget Sound winterize your boats? If when do you typically do it?

I keep mine on the trailer and in here

I don't winterize unless I know that the temps will be very cold and for a long time. I can plug in some heat when it's even close to freezing. We try to use the boat 2 -3 times a month and it's nice having her inside and with power so she's ready anytime.

I don't winterize mine.... It's plugged in, heater on low, inside a boathouse with the door down and a dust cover over it to keep it from getting dirty.

Where did you end up? I know you brought her from the East coast, but never sw you n the river this year.

I'm on Hayden Island on the Columbia, covered moorage and I have a small engine heater and keep an electric heater on in the cabin on low with all cabinets open for air circulation. I also plug all engine vents during January and February.

I am up in Kelso right now. Working in Vancouver.

I am on the waiting list in Kalama. Covered, water and Electric for $137 a month. Still working on the tub and hope to splash this spring.

Sounds like I need to invest in a bilge heater.

We pulled ours and moore dry at Sundance, Not large enough for your boat however. I do not winterize there, since we will use a few times in December or Jan on cold clear days.
