Winter tarp size??

I have a 190 Sport, which is about 2 feet shorter and 1 foot not as wide. I bought a 15x30 tarp for it and I pull in the back and front under the trailer and sides go down to the trailer. When I am done I have a nice tight fit. That size tarp should still easily cover your boat. Maybe a little bit wider depending on how far you want to go down on the sides. It is my 2nd year using it and it has held up great, just a couple of broken rivets. I got it online at Zoro Tools for about $60. I clean and wax boat, make sure it is all dry and put on boat cover and then put the tarp right over and snug it up.

How big a tarp do I need for 215 EC?

the boat is 21.5 feet long and 8.5 feet wide.....so to cover the entire boat i would use a tarp at least 28 feet long and at least 15 feet wide....this will insure there is enough overhang of the tarp on the front and rear and the sides to fasten lines or bungee cords to and cover the entire top of the hull and cockpit and partial sides of the hull.....you need to allow for the raised height of the bow rail and the windshield when you consider the width of the tarp to insure there is enough overhang to reach partially down to the side of the hull....you will also need to put something on the bow under the cover to raise the height of the tarp over the height of the bow rails.....i use a 5 gallon plastic bucket turned upside down and place it on top of the bow deck hatch.....the diameter of the bucket is large enough to keep the bucket from tipping over while you pull the cover over it....you will also need to put a pole in the cockpit to raise the height of the tarp above the height of the gunwales...once the tarp is pulled tight over the boat and secured to the trailer the bucket and the pole will prevent rain water fom pooling on the tarp......i also like to use two of my fenders positioned on end on the rear bench seat under the rear of the cover along with the pole in the cockpit to help insure the rain does not pool on the cover in the open cockpit space.....you can see how the pole and the fenders under the cockpit cover help shed rain water off the cover in the pic below.....
