So I am curious to know what projects people have planned for winter...

I was not planning on staying out of the water just yet, but after a recent trip to a nearby lake my wife wanted to take boat home for a good cleaning since it was already on the trailer. The idea was to clean it up then drop her back into the water and put her in our slip. Well... then the boss' mind started wandering and discussions of redoing cabin upholstery came up and we ended up here:

Found 9yds of outdoor fabric in a grey/carbon color at walmart so I am hoping it comes out looking good.

So needless to say it looks like we aren't gonna be dropping back in the water anytime soon. I just purchased some vinyl dye from rub n restore and I wanna try that out to see how it comes out. It will be interesting trying to get the piping masked up and the detail work that will be involved to make sure I don't get white on my blue piping.

I also want to pull down the aft cabin wall panels and get transducer wiring installed, replace the secondary stereo remote in the cockpit and maybe install a transom stereo remote. Depending on how difficult it is to remove the carpet new flooring may be in order as well.

While I have the wall panels pulled down I may contemplate the difficulty that would be involved in installing A/C myself instead of having it done for me, I figure doing it myself will save alot of money since I was quoted 4500 for everything. Depending on how much access I have when I start removing more panels will determine if I decide to have it done professionally or not.
