with the cost of shrink wrapping becoming very expensive I was wondering who knows of a company that has winter cover for a 2004 340 SeaRay sundancer

Fisher winter covers are great. http://www.fishercanvas.com/

We’ve had ours on our 225WE every winter since about 2010 (and year round for the last 2 years), and it looks brand new. They have templates for most Sea Rays. We’re going to get one for our 330DA if we keep it more than another year. For a boat that size, they can make it in two pieces so it is easier to get on and off the boat. They traditionally make out of a heavy gray cotton canvas, which I personally think is the best material for the application despite its weight, but they can also use lighter materials if the customer prefers. They are also a pleasure to work with.

I am in the process of making one now for the 2004 340 Sundancer. We are already done templating and we are cutting this week and sewing. Hoping to have first fitting within a week or two. PM me if interested. Just a heads up they are not necessarily inexpensive.

I just had a cover made by Fisher canvas for my boat this winter and it was the best thing I ever did no one climbing all over the boat any more, not begging my marine when is the boat going to get wrapped. Cover fits just like the wrap.
I put the cover on the boat by my self with no problem.
Highly recommend Fred Fisher great guy

One of the best investments I’ve made for our 290. Heavy to install, but I can do it alone. Frame out f PVC. We had 45mph winds the other day and it didn’t budge.

There's nothing better then a fabric cover. Your boat will breath better with a fabric material that breaths, less mildew then shrink rap. I made my own cover for my 370 5 years ago and it's still going strong. Check out the pics.

I made this in my basement on a 6'×8' table with an LSZ 1 sewing machine from Sailrite. All of the top seems are double blind stitches. I had a heck of a plan and alot of help and support from one heck of a wife.
