Windshield Wipers for a 44da

Guys,
I need new arms and wipers . Any thoughts on where to purchase. I tried my local dealer and it was painfull. Needs me to measure the arm length, then the blade length and I still recieved the wrong stuff.

I bought replacements from a local bus and truck service center. I believe they are 28".

 

[Contradiction]

I have a '04 420 DA. The sbd side wiper stopped working. Any tips/ideas for accessing the wiper motor, or any other ideas to look for?

Chris , My port side motor failed. IT took the module out as well. the wipers have never been right since. ( they dont come back to the bottom of the windshild when u turn it off )

The port side is above the head liner over the couch. I didnt have to look for the stb side. Access is going to suck. good luck

On my 40, the port side motor is above the panel that sits inside the swing-down tv. Easy to access once you remove the black starboard panel. Installed my cable modem up there along with the wireless network module.

i took wipers off and took them to auto zone ( parts store) . bought same size ( entire blade asembly ) , had to widen out hole in assembly as small bolt on searay arm was too large for hole in wiper assembly ( used a small drill) , put small bolt from searay arm through widened hole , worked great . took 10 minutes ,
