I am looking for the black rubber molding that goes around the windshield and side glass. It's black and about 3/4 " wide. This molding goes on the outside of the glass around the outer edge (I'm assuming to help prevent water from getting down to the outer edge of the glass and possible coming into the boat). I have been looking on the net with no luck matching up the shape. I don't know if it's technically called windshield rubber molding, that that is what I have been doing my search for. This is for a 1977 SRV 240.... Thanks everyone..

I have updated this with a couple of pictures...

8337910 - Gasket (Windows)

I ordered all the rubber moldings from Taylor Marine a few weeks back and everything was exactly what I needed. If I were you, Id call Taylor Marine and ask them if the above part number is also for your boat.

They do charge a $25 'Service Fee' on top of what you order. But the amount of $$$ I save from solving all my leak issues was soooooo worth it.

I have to order all my interior gaskets now. But if I were you, give them a call. You'll be happy you did.

I have a 1983 360 Express, and Taylor Marine requested i take the measurements and an "end shot" picture of the molding so the could match it up as their records did not go back that far.

Deblasi , Is that part num. the seal that runs around the base channel of the cockpit windshield, hiding the screws that anchor it to the cabin top??

Another place you can try is American marine. Someone in another thread turned me on to them. I called last week and just need to get down to my boat and do some measuring to know what part i need to order. They were very helpful on the phone.

Good Luck! Todd

This is the gasket that runs all around the windshield to seal it.

The plastic strip that runs along the bottom where the screws are, is your Screw Cover.

Ill post the 4 part numbers for what I used on my boat on a separate thread for anyone that needs it.

i have a 1974 sea ray weekender and am looking for a source to get windshield trim, any ideas?
