Has anyone replaced the gasket at bottom of windshield, ours has shrunk up probably 2inches at corners

I recently ordered some for my 2001 380 directly from Taylor Made. $167 - including a few feet extra. Call Taylor Made- they were very helpful. It is very easy to replace.

Is windshield gasket the same gasket used around the window vent

no, I was thinking you were talking about the gasket all the way down below the glass, on the outside of the windshield. My original one was like a black"foam" looking mat., the new one from taylomade is much nicer and a real easy install. I would ask them if they made the gasket that goes around the vent window.

I replaced the vent gasket on my '01 380 a few years ago. It was no longer made so I had to custom order it through Taylormade. I don't remember exactly but it was close to $400 with their ridiculous "handling" and shipping fees...
