Windlass Installation

My 2007 Sundancer 280 does not have an anchor windlass and I am wanting to install one. I see windlass switches at the helm. Does anyone know if the switches and breaker are connected to the wiring harness? I see blue and green wires stubbed off in the anchor locker, so am thinking these come from the up/down switches. I plan on running power from a battery up the port side, but not sure how difficult that will be to thread.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

If they are factory wires then they should be tagged with number codes. Look up those numbers in the factory wiring schematics in the owners manual and you will know exactly what they are for.

The wiring diagrams will also show the color of the wire installed.
