Why did Sea Ray change 21 SPX to SPX 210 ?

I know the boats are the same, it looks like MY 15, 16 the product was called 21/19 SPX. The website now refers to them as SPX 210/190 . Any thoughts on why this might be?
 
I don't have an official answer but I would guess they're going for a consistent naming convention. They've always rounded to the nearest foot and used 3 digits (240SD, 340DA, 190BR, 270 SLX, etc). The SPX series broke the convention by using 2 digits.

EDIT: I see they're also putting the model before the number, as in, Sundancer 340. It used to be the 240 Sundeck and the 340 Sundancer, etc. And they've renamed the Sundeck series to SDX.

Probably a marketing move and nothing deeper behind the changes.
