Who's Boat is This?

How are they turning the turbos as the exhaust is water cooled? I can see a blower and turbos with dry exhaust. I have both on the shelf but won't put them on Old Skool due to the Alpha drive.

The exhaust is water jacketed along with the turbo housings, there is no water going through the turbo. The turbo exhaust adapter just replaces the original exhaust riser and works the same way. the outdrive is a pre alpha with 1.32:1 gears and has no problems. Original intentions were to install a complete bravo I transom assembly outdrive and external hydraulic steering but I have lost interest and will try to sell it this spring, currently it is turnkey ready to run.

I have only ever seen two runabouts with twin turbo V8s on them. The other was an SRV195 with a twin turbo 350. They had that thing running 87mph. Why do people choose this hull? Maybe it's just coincidence? I'm very curious how this handles at speed. As much as I like to go fast, I'm not sure I want to do 87 in this small of a boat!

There are a couple of these running around, I think the one that you are referring to belonged to the owner of Hydromotive propellers in Ohio, if it is that one it ended up going past 90mph.

They are a well built and handling hull with classic lines that make for the perfect sleeper.
