Never Mind. It's perfect.

I love these forums, but even with my 27 inch monitor I'm having to scroll down every time I view a posting because there is so much screen space wasted at the top of the page.

Get rid of the picture of the boat, the logo etc. on the top that takes up the top third of the screen so we dont have to continutally scroll down to use the forum.

Anyone else agree?

I've never even given it a thought - so I guess my answer is "it's fine".

Have you tried increasing your monitor's resolution?

I think you need a bigger monitor :smt043

I've been using laptops for many years and never had a issue. Some scrolling is just part of the deal. I guess, it's just a matter getting use to it. BTW, do you really think someone with very nice picture of their boat will take them down b/c you need to scroll few inches?

We're love our boats and pictures of them. Get some nice pic of your boat and join the club.

Cheers.....

I just appreciate the fact that Jim provides the Forum for all of us to talk about Sea Rays to begin with. He doesn't need to make changes that have little benefit so in that regard I guess I don't agree with you.

If you are using IE8.. Try hitting F11 or go to tools and then select "full screen"

I never see it! I click new post last 24 hours and then when I click on the threads I only see the posts since I read it last. the computer skips over the header down to the posts I need to review. How to you surf this forum?

Maybe you don't realize that Jim from BOE Marine owns this site? He has good products and prices if you'd care to support him. Ric

I'm over it. The people have spoken. Now how do I delete this thread?

Can't be done by you, only Mods can delete threads. That is the way the users voted it a while back.:smt024

No worries, J. There was nothing wrong with your question. Some just answered a little more sarcastically than others - but you had to expect some of that, you know?:smt001 I'm sure no one meant anything malicious - just having some fun!

By the way, welcome aboard! How did you come about acquiring your 300 and hearing of this forum?

Welcome aboard. As you have found out we like our little place just like it is. Many thanks to Jim for providing it for us.:smt038
