Who says you can't fish on a Sea Ray

Still not getting quantities this year where I fish on Georgian Bay, but got this one Saturday. Was a bit snotty wind-wise so not very comfortable, but nice to get a fish. Just under 20lbs on my crappy scale. Split it with the guy that came with me and had a great meal on half a filet, and another half for the freezer. A couple thousand more pounds and the fuel for the year is basically paid for LOL.

Just wait till he boats a jumping flapping fish shooting blood all over the place and on his brand new carpet, blood splatter all over his nice seats and helm. :D

Sweet! Been sleighing the sockeye in the river with the jet boat recently. Smoking/canning them. Heading out for coho and halibut with the Ray in a couple days. We unfortunately have zero retention on our chinook up here now.

Georgian Bay? Near Tobermory? I here that the salmon fishing got really good up there and the small mouth and pike fishing tapered off. True?
 
I’m not near there. Other side of the Bay. All species seem pretty good these days. The smallmouth bass are doing really well. Lots of fishing pressure though.
