Yes, this is the propeller singing. Believe it or not, sometimes when the propeller is too perfect it creates this harmonic sound at low RPM. This can be fixed by filing the edge of the blades to create more of a blunt edge. We can do this for you whenever you would like or if you are comfortable doing it yourself that is fine too.
