Who has a transom mounted trim switch?

I put one of these on my 21' back in 1986. Mounted it right next to the flag stancion. Worked great from in the boat, on the platform, or from the ground when it was on the trailer. Best $25 I could have ever spent.

Nice job. Did you mount the Clarion stereo remote yourself as well? If so, how difficult was it to do?

The dealer mounted the remote originally, but I've replaced it (twice). Would be a super simple install... all you need is the correct size hole saw and an extension wire that runs from the Clarion head unit, as well as a wire from the light switch (the remote lights up).

I'll probably do it myself on the next boat I buy... save a couple hundred bucks by buying the boat, and then ordering the stereo equipment online and installing myself.
