You not gonna like me Dave but, it is good to delete all cookies and temp files on a regular basis just because stale cookies cause a multitude of problems. This is a proven fact.

If you get an error regarding "posting to a whitelist" when trying to log in you simple need to clear the cookies on your local PC. This will fix it.

Jim.............I am not an advocate of clearing all one's cookies because (for me at least) it causes a lot of problems and aggravation with other web sites that use cookies that I frequent. My suggestion is to find the CSR cookies and only delete them.
