On my 99 270 it’s in the transom locker. If it shows the word “on” on the breaker, does it mean it’s on or I should flip it that direction to turn it on?
Which way should the galvanic isolator be flipped?

If the breaker ON label moves with the lever then when it shows 'on' it's on. If the label is on the body of the breaker flip the lever towards 'on'. In that case there should also be a label for 'off' as well.
