Which screw do i tighten on throttle cable?

Hi,

1995 sundancer 330 with twin 7.4l and hurth v drives. stbd throttle cable is too loose. it will not stay at position when underway, keeps dropping down when i let my hand off. when I took of cover on throttle, there are three screws per throttle . which do I tighten, and what do each do?

Try and get you adjustment at the motor, not at the helm...

No this adjustment is done with the friction screw on the control. See step 7 of the instruction manual

ok,
according to the pdf i should tighten screw B. The picture shows the screws going horizontal, on my controls the screws were stacked vertical. so I am guessing it is the middle one
will try this weekend and see if it works

I have had to do this from time to time on mine or the throttles "creep" over time while cruising.

you have to tighten the middle one. the fwd or rev. screws will mess with the throw of the shifter or throttle.
