I need to replace my starboard raw water pump. My engines s/n is 399238 and from what I've found there are two choices (with or without air). How do I find out which one I need?

Thanks

Figured it would be the more expensive one. Thanks, I have closed cooling. I guess my next question would be the best place to pick one?

Why do you need to replace it? They can usually be rebuilt.

Yard is saying it's not much of a cost diff to rebuild vs replace.

I just installed 2 new Hardin pumps this spring. They fit great, bolted right up and should last longer with the wear plates. I didn't realize how much suction I was losing in the old pumps till I put these on and had water coming out of the exhaust a lot faster than with the old pumps. I went to change my impellers this spring and one of my pumps bearings were starting to get gritty, they both had 284hrs on them.
