Looking for suggestions from anyone who has found the ideal mounting location for a 10" sub woofer on a 1994 330 Sundancer...

I looked into this before by looking at '90 to '94 310/330 boats on Boat Trader.
I've seen them in mounted in a hole on the side of wet bar under the back bench seat [they didn't have ice maker or ref.].
you have to be good at cutting fiberglass.
one person made a box under the bench seat but I felt this obstructed the mid berth window. IMHO
There is plenty of room in the bolsters by helm [if the captain doesn't mind not hearing, [not good idea]].
I also seen one mounted in the bolster by the cabin entry.

I have 2 in enclosures under the helm seat

Thanks Gents... I'll check out those locations.. Much appreciated,

Safe to assume that the seat bases are tall enough and have enough flat realestate for a woofer. The most ideal setup is going to be a cavity wall that allows for the woofer to be front loaded so its direct radiating into the main cabin, with room to back load a proper sealed enclosure. The next ideal would be same as above, but running the woofer in an infinite baffle configuration due to the inability to fit an enclosure through the seat locker opening or other and back load the woofer. The least ideal would be to stuff the woofer and enclosure down into a closed and insulated locker. Once the access is closed, its like cutting amp wattage in half. The woofer becomes a boat shaker and not a bass maker.
