Where is windlass "breaker" located on a late 90's Dancer 300?

I've searched various threads here at CSR, and HT, and around Google..and cannot find the answer.

This season our windlass does not raise or lower. No sounds from foot switches at the bow. When I hit the windlass power switch at the helm, I hear a clicking sound behind me. Looked around and found what's making the clicking, there's a solenoid in the compartment behind the corner aft seating where the battery switches are. (similar to picture below which I snipoped from another thread here at CSR). I checked both of the blade fuses, they are good. From what I've read on various threads, there is a breaker somewhere...of heavier amps, that you can flip a lever on to reset in case it tripped. I'm not able to find such a beast.

Would someone be able to post a picture of what that heavier duty breaker might look like? And/or its location on my vintage 300DA? (1997)

I can tell you on my 44 Sundancer that breaker is located in the engine room, down low on the forward firewall (forward of the engines). Heavy gauge red wire runs to it...

So no luck finding a device that looked like the above picture.
Below is a pic of the solenoid that I do hear click....and the 2x blade fuses on it are good. Second pic is what I'll call a breaker box...behind storage pocket along starboard side of aft lounge seats. The red button for the windlass was not stuck out further than others, I pushed it anyways, no click. And...no sign of life from the windlass itself.
