On my boat it is also under the rear sofa/bead. When you pull up the sofa cushions, you will need to remove the wooden panel, to access the tank. It should be easy to do, it's held down by 4 or 6 screws on my boat.

Agreed, it's under the rear bench, mid berth. You can see where the water line comes out in the engine compartment, low and near the middle of the forward bulkhead in the engine room.
