OK, it's prime summer boating time and I'm on vacation next week. We can't decide WHERE to go! We've already been on Flathead and Whitefish lakes in Montana. Pend Oreille, CDA and Priest Lake. We're thinking either Lake Chelan or maybe the San Juans, but I'm not comfortable on the ocean without someone else showing us the ins and outs! So where are you guys cruising this week and next weekend???

We took our boat to aquapaloozala at Lake Hartwell today. This was the first time we have been out since May when I got stupid and hurt all in one move.

We had a great time of it. I did find out I can not pick up the swim ladder with my left hand yet. Next weekend back to Hartwell to pull the college kids on tubes.

Since my boat is nearly sold we won't be going out but if you want to come over I would certainly be happy to set you straight. I don't think I'll have the replacement yet
Sorry the timing is off :smt021

Paul what did you do?

Todd:

I was putting down new decking and railing when I got to the last piece and fell off the deck. Old people can not yard dive into 2 by lumber and dirt as bones will break in the arm, wrist, and hand.

The good news is I survived the fall and have had the whole summer off. The bad news is I was unable to take the boat out or do much else this summer.

I go back to work this Wednesday so things are looking up for the rest of the summer. Thanks for asking.

Paul Sorry to hear about that. You better wear a PFD the rest of the summer just in case................
Glad you're doing better
