I have a 06 340SD Im adding trim tab lights and wanted to power them off the Rear Acc wires or acc 2 where are those wires hiding in the loom?

Normally (if they exist) the unused wires extend about 5 or 6 inches out of the large plug at the end of the wiring harness where it plugs in to the EIM and have a butt connector crimped on them. The individual wires are marked with the circuit number as shown on the wiring diagram and are color coded. You will need to locate the wiring diagram and determine which EIM that circuit is in, then carefully cut in to the split loom over the harness to locate the wires. Make sure the breaker for that circuit on the EIM is the proper AMP rating for the trim tab lights.

Most people have been successfully finding these wires. The harnesses were custom made at the Sea Ray plant so in some cases the unused circuits were not wired in to the plug at all. Based on feedback here, it seems most do have the wires in the location I described.

My 2005 had them just as jason78 explained. Aft acc was in bilge on forward bulkhead and fwd acc is in hatch under helm.
